Yea, I'd be pretty ticked off if that was my truck. "Its just an old Dodge, ain't no big thing..." pretty funny stuff!!!!

But hey, for only $1000.00 you can get a kit and you can fix the issue yourself!!!!

Chevy...

Durmax Towing

We have had about the same results. My company has 4 Durmax trucks. When driving them with light loads they run very well. But hook up a heavy trailer and head up the mountains and you will wish you are in a Dodge. They are also prone to going into limp mode at the worst time.

Actually there was a guy sitting the back of the truck filming the video for him. The guy joined DTR shortly after that video became public in early 07 and commented about the video in an earlier thread about it.

TxChristopher.... http://www.dieseltruckresource.com/d...er.php?u=50335

Christopher won a lawsuit against GM for the overheating issues.

Here is the long and locked thread about that very video with some comments from TxChristopher starting with post #155.

http://www.dieseltruckresource.com/d...d.php?t=132131

By the way...I don't know the guy..(don't confuse my name with knowing him)...I just remembered the thread and found it here.

MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY>>>> This proves my point that Dmax people have no friends....

The dodge guys can get our friends to safely "shoot" our vids of our superior trucks!!!!

Did anyone notice his brake controller? I couldn't tell what kind it was but there was a "C" flashing on the display. What does that mean if it's flashing?
