got a chance to pickup some injectors ..... cheap Dr performance 100hp - Dodge Diesel

Ok so i have a 03 witht he dealership installed in tank lift pump. A buddy of mine bought a set of 100hp injectors for his early 04 but never installled them he wants $500.

Is it worth the headache. Ive got a Smarty and the stock turbo, though im planning on a Htb2 62/12. All the truck does is tow...

i honestly was more interested in the F1 40hp injectors. i have a feeling the 100hp injectors might necessitate a FASS or some other lfit pump improvement, plus possibly some mods to the CP3. though im not planning on striving for high numbers on this rig probably staying in the 400-450hp range and a single.

oh yeah one other thing i have no problem making big injectors run clean but the wife does and we live in a smoke sensitive area int he center of the communist country of CA

Im thinking it would be asking for trouble

advise?

I would think that you would want a fass reguardless.....especially with the smarty and new turbo.

right now the replacement ... stock in tank pump is keeping up and im running the aftermarket turbo smarty program on level 5 mild torque management and im not looking to step up much more maybe level 7 but that seems to smoke too much for my liking.

the turbo is just to help keep the egt's in a little more check and give me a little more wiggle room. its not that big of a step up turbo wise but. a little more maybe all i need.

i was thinking the injectors would be a nice thing to add to the package at the price but im a little worried
