Fuel Leak

I have a fuel leak coming from the area with the red arrow. I think this the governor shaft. What are the chances of removing the hex nut, washer and replacing the O-ring without pulling the pump. There's not much room there. Can it be done?

It doesn't look like it's coming from either of the fuel lines. It appears to be coming from the hex nut.

The pump has to be pulled and disassembled to reseal the governor shaft seal.

Not the answer I was hoping for. Oh well, I guess I get to pull the injection pump.

Thanks,
