fuel cutting out

so the deal is everytime i get on it like at over 55 it will cut out a few seconds after i punch it so i will let off slow down to about 40 then the truck majically turns back on and all is good and then it will do it again a while later i beleive it is a fuel filter but idk

Fuel filter is a good first step. If that doesn't cure it, a new lift pump is not a bad idea.

The 93's are pretty bullet proof, but check the wire that controls the fuel pump shutdown if it is not a filter issue.

i put a new filter in it and so far all is good
