Mike, I believe there is a PIAA light that can be used in place of the factory lights. I've seen posts discussing them. You might want to do a search back to at least 300 days. You can also buy the factory fog lights from Dodge which include the harness and new dash switch. As far as mounting offroads on the bumper, my suggestion to you would be to go with a Westin Bull Bar which has provisions for offroad lights. I think the combo will look much better than mounting them directly to the bumper.<br>-Tom-
