The only other SNL that I have heard of, but I am not sure if it is who you are looking for.

But I do know what SFI is:

This thing is not old. Mfg. date is 2012 Came off an engine that had a 47RH behind it. Hope it'll fit my 93 46RH.
It is a beefy looking piece of hardware.
'bout blew my mind when I google'd "sfi snl flexplate" and this thread came up #2.
Now I'm beginning to wonder what I've gotten.
The spec. stamped on the flywheel is 29.1 (Automotive flexplates)
SNL or something that would acronym doesn't appear on SFI manufacturers lists for either 29.1 or 29.3
The SNL logo on the plate is different than SFI performance's logo.
None of the other numbers on the plate yield any useful information.
SFI# A912767
FLX - 35910

It should fit. I have had flex plates from 46RH, 47RH, 48RE setting side by side. I could not find any difference between the three plates. The 48re plate came out of a 2005. The 47RH came out of a 95. Then the orginal plate from my truck.

So what's with the SNL logo?
and why would this plate be about half the cost of most of them?

That's about what I paid for the one I got from Cummins.

Just got back from a quick R&R trip up the North Shore.
All the SFI rating says is that it'll take an hour on a spindle turning 12,000 rpm without flying apart. Nothing on metalurgy, traceability, or anything like that. Big deal.
It is a good looking plate, however. I found out it was in the truck about 6 months. Idgit had the super-cooler spring a leak, disconnected it, and plugged off the hoses, eliminating all transmission cooling. Needless to say, that 47RH went as a core.
