Actually the mesh as you call will be a CNC plasma cut design, It will be a bolt on in case if the rear window is broken and needs replaced (don't want to pull a bed to replace the glass) .. same goes with the LP as well, the trap door that gives you access to the truck/trailer electrical is located on top of the LP

OK, then it passes with FLYING colors then The last one we built was all aluminum for a dually- turns out this new calcium cloride(ice melt) they put on our roads doesn't like AL much We had to rip it off and paint it; whats the fun of having AL if it doesn't look like it
I really like your boxes- and a person REALLY shouldn't HAVE to plan the "next" LP failure DODGE, are you listening

NICE flatbed!!!
Question... what's the spacing from the top of your tires to the underside of the deck? I'm still trying to figure that out for the deck I want to build...

Rob,
here is the link to the C&C upfitters guide, if your a standard cab w/bed you could probably still use some of the data... the bottom of my bed is 9" above the frame..that is max tire travel listed in a crab situation according to the dimensions / Views and chart section..

I used all existing holes, the upfitters guide gives you the specifics on what you can or can not do.. When I get some extra time I'll post a slide show of the project.
