Exhaust

What is the best exhaust for the money, I have a 2003 Dodge QuadCab short bed, 2500 4X4. Want something that sounds good and performs well.

One thing to look for that isn't always mentioned , is metal thickness - gauge , 16ga or 18ga , 16ga being thicker & better , then you have to chose galvanized steel - no welding - or it will rust at weld , aluminized steel - may not be what looks your looking for - but will last longer , then stainless -not always but usually more expensive , then I like to use band clamps - you can take apart easy -unlike ubolt clamps , maybe the biggest difference will be the mufflers - if you chose to use ,
The only performance difference I've seen is the down pipe / turbo match - I read that a slow tapper from turbo is best / not a sharp size change in a inch or two .
Check the site store here - home page , top , MBRP .
