it's a bit weak, would be better to see it up closer 8-10 psi minimum. Changing to high flow banjo fittings would help, unless you are eventually going to put in a FASS or similar.

Do a Vulcan Relocation Kit. My FP is 15@idle and 8@WOT with a stock Carter.

Monitor guages for trends in readings. 13 PSI idle / 8 PSI WOT is now your baseline, watch for changes.
