What DV's should i throw into the truck?

Alright guys im lookin at puttin new DV's into the truck. I've been readin up and heard lots of different things. I've heard of 181's, 191's, .022's, and .024's. well lets weigh my options

The truck has everything in my sig, IT IS A DAILY DRIVER, i dont want to smoke out the road i can do that already if i want, i plan on throwin some DDP 2 or 3 injectors or F1's into the truck, plan on adding water meth, and a new turbo

so with everything in my sig and what i stated above which delivery valves do you think would be good for me?

thanks

I would recommend doing injectors or other mods before delivery valves. Just my opinion. If you are set on doing them with stock injectors then go with a 181.

Stick with your stock DV's and get some injectors.

You will have cleaner, cooler power by switching to a quality EDM injector. DV's extended duration and are smoky and hot running. You can make good power with the 181's you have now. Just the rest of the pump needs to be setup right.

I've got 191DV"s they haze really bad. I agree with the guys get injectors first. Your pump is already pushing more fuel than you need adding DV's before you actually need them is an un necessary evil.

Agreed on keeping the 181's. What are you looking for in the end? Tow rig, DD/ toy, hot rod?

X2... Stock DV's are good for the injectors you are after and make it less of a target for the EPA..

How much do you need to run a 90 hp injector? I know they can have a mid rpm stumble with bigger injectors, what is a required DV, vs what is cool?

You should track down a set of 181's and try those in your truck. I'd be curious as to how much if any you lose by ditching the LC's.

I run DDP4's with stock 181's and have no stumble. Slight haze holding 40psi up a mountain towing at 1/2 throttle. 191's and DDP2's are sloppier than 181's and DDP4's. DDP4's are very streetable of which I was suprised.

181dv are already in the 180 pump for the auto trucks as well. The 160 and 175 pumps have the 131dv.
