Hey guys prayers sent to all mentioned in this thread. Im blown away to see and hear all of you uplift God thruogh the power of prayer. God works in so many ways. Just think if he can use a diesel truck website to help people through such difficult times in thier lives through prayer using Godly people then think about all the other wonderful things he is capable of doing, we are so blessed to have such a powerful and loving King.
I have a request as well. Things are slowing down to for us in SC, I work in the auto manufacturing field and the economical threat that we are facing is always on my mind and we hear about it every day at work so please keep us in your prayers as well. Thanks to all you guys for taking the time to pray for other people,s needs, I can say that Im proud to be a member of DTR!

had us a little miracle tonight, the grandbaby got a bunch of shots about noon, and her temp run up all day, got up around 101.4 ~8pm

102 is the tight spot for infants under two months.

daughter took her to ER, was 99 and some change by time she got there.

Doc's got her up on the lube & alignment rack,
they are looking her over real good,
maybe rotate an balance her diaper,

but she should be ok.
she ain't much bigger than most dolls, she scaled out 8 pounds 10 ounces full dress tonight.
she was only 6-13 on delivery

prayer changes things.

Just about a year ago my wife of 26 years left mostly because I became a believer about 19 years ago and she got tired of pretending to know the Lord and act like a Christian for 19 years. It's been real hard on us. By Gods grace I have the kids. Please pray that she would come to a saving faith in Christ and that she would show more interest in the kids.

prayed for you & her last night, had same thing happen to a guy in our church,
3 or so months apart, and they are back together now.

prayer changes things. nothing else does.

When things are going against the way we want, and we hear a lot of negative reports it's real easy to focus on what's wrong.

A word of encouragement. Go to Matt. 5 and read the first 12-14 verses.

vs 3, "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." Who was/is Jesus talking to? His followers. Why are they poor in spirit?

They realized they were not righteous, and have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. And only then will you receive the kingdom of heaven. The greek word BLESSED is: happy, fortunate, God's favor, a gift from God. You are blessed to know you recognize the need for God.

And he promises to meet those needs. Pray with out ceasing.

A member of the site here Rick Cooper(AKA Timebomb) and his wife recently had their child born prematurely at 24 weeks. The baby weighed in at 1 lb 7 ounces and has a long road ahead of him. This is their first child and is really putting a lot on them at one time. Please keep the family in your prayers at this time.
