Ditto on the great job and also the additional moderators. Purely from a system design standpoint, I'm not sure I would have put that little red triangle up there. Why, too many duplicate responses. When cellular began to boom in the mid-90's, we architected our system to what we thought was an much larger than required capacity even for rush hour traffic between Pleasanton and Walnut Creek. What we didn't anticipate was hundred's of people dialing 911 because of one minor accident on 680. Brought us to our knees and kept legitimate calls from going through. But that was then and this is now. Hope it works for you.

It hasn't been an issue so far. When you are the first to report a post, you are starting a thread on a board only visible to the site staff. Further reports appear as replies to the thread, so even if 50 users report a post it only starts one thread.

That's Cool. Thanks for all the hard work you guys do in keeping this a clean site. I really appreciate the G rating.

You're welcome Mike. That is the prime reason that we do what we do here.

Have you ever done a poll to see if the members actually do appreciate the "G" rating? Or is more of a "my way or the highway" sort of thing?

For every complaint we have received, we have gotten 20 emails thanking us for keeping all that immature crud off this site. People can focus on the information while not being assaulted with a "Jerry Springer" atmosphere.

Lots of folks agree:

DTR is G-rate...

but since Lary was being modest, "my way or the highway" has been very effective!

I think most of us like it, or we wouldn't be here. Bottom line though is that this is Jack and Larry's house. So it's their rules. I won't tell you you can't smoke, but I sure will tell you can't do it at my house

Sorry but no, it's not. (Like you didn't know) It's best to hold at a "G" rating.
