With 90hp injectors you should be more than sufficient.

Looks pretty simple to install but the top assembly is mighty heavy to be lining up. I'm gonna use my engine lift for that.
It really isn't all that bad. I removed my headlight, inner fender well, and the fender. It made things a lot easier to get at. I think you will find that you can get one end started first, then line up one of the middle holes and start a bolt. Doing it this way makes it so you don't have to lift the weight of the entire assembly. I think once you get everything removed from the truck to do the install you will see what will be easier for you. The one thing I cannot stress enough is to double check your oil line to make sure everything is tight.

I am telling you guys that are sitting on the wall, Jump in they are great!

On wickd's cp3, set up is for me to grow into it more. I'm always wanting more power. I needed a better than stock cp3, so since I'm buying might as well go for it.

dps is working with wickd to provide a cp3 in the turbo kit in the future, the stage is the cust. wants/needs.

Well , I went to see when/if I could put my truck on the dyno and the dyno is GONE!!!! Shoot!! I don't think there is anyone else close to me. I'm starting my changes tomorrow so I won't find out where I'm at.

Well as bad as it sounds, especially after I said they are cast in house as I was told. They are cast in China. The exhaust manifold says right on it made in China as well as one other place, I believe it was on the top turbo.

I don't know if you guys have read my other thread about low boost out of the HT3b, but would it be possible to swap in a S400 of some sort to help with the boost problems?

On my set, both turbos are bocsh......ex.man. has china. I'm getting closer to having the brkt/brace fabbed for supporting the bottom turbo, it's kinda time consuming as to I've changed my designs 3 diff. times after I've built them......I guess i should just stop re-designing and just go with the present one and be done with it. I'm itching to fire this beast up and drive it!!

Crash, what exactly happened to yours??

Sounds like thay would be good for a towing twins setup like B D makes . I dont think the cast parts will last from China . a buddy of mine works at a big diesel shop thay have all kinds of trouble with parts from China the ex manafolds crack in 6 mons or less thats for big semis. So hope that turbo houseing from China holds up . There are lots of people makeing twins some are very good for towing some are knowen for power . My twins are Bulleyes power twins Thay sell complete kits from towing to over 1000hp. Thay Are the one and only place that makes the real race cover for the S400 type turbos NOT THE MPI RACE COVER ITS A JOHN DEAR TRACTOR COVER .In the end make sure you buy a set that does the job you wont . My first set was aBD towing setup . Then I wonted more, did some looking around at ALL THE TWIN MAKERS and got the bullseye twins setup thay can grow with me . I dont need to get new pipes made I will need to change turbo wheel sizeing right now mines good to 850hp now i only make 650 ish so a stock S475 would work for the low 700s with a 62 65 14 , one more thing when i went from a 62 65 14 cast ex to my HTT62 65 13ss The hot pipe is made so it fits both the exhaust housings the hot pipe is not beat from a round pipe into a rectangle with a hammer like every outher one I have seen . The flange is cnc'd from round to a t-6 its the best kit I have seen . Thay are made in the USA and use Borg Warner turbos like all the big turbo diesel shops.

No... the 3b you have is a reverse drive turbo... meaning it is built and spins in the opposite direction of an s400... a mirror image if you will.

Well, I received an email from DPS about an upgrade they have available. It is an upgrade for the top turbo. I guess it helps even the boost between the two turbos as well as lowers DP and egt's. I am going to give this a shot and see how it works. the only thing I am not happy about is about having to pay $110 + shipping for a resolution to the problems i have had with these turbos.

I will post back after I get this upgrade installed.

I've had these on for 7 months now and like 'em but I haven't had anything to compare them to either. I do know that one of the valves for the wg broke off and luckily got caught wedging the other valve open instead of falling into the bottom turbo. The warranty covered everything so can't really complain except for my time of replacing it. Have to say was a kinda fluke thing from manufact. which is borg warner.

I'm seeing 50-55#'s boost with 45-50#'s drive press when I do push that high. Norm. is 30-40#'s with 1:1 dp. Now that's the way I have my wg set, not the way it was shipped from dps which I was advised not to change from a couple other sources...but with my one yr. almost over (bought/shipped in late Nov.'08), I figured try and see what happens...dps never told me not to adj. and you're supposed to tune turbos dp anyway.

A friend just bought a diff. set of twins and should be installing them t-day wknd, that's when I want to compare between the two myself. Both trucks will be the same except for turbos...

If by chance that my friends truck delivers more power, I'll be installing another new set and the dps twins will be up for sale. I'm sure I'll find someone that wants to save some money and isn't looking for the most power avail. to help in towing. I'm not saying that the dps twins doesn't give power, they do, it's just I want more out of running twins.
Thanks for the update, let us know how your buddy's truck runs in comparison

Will do...but I know how long it takes to do all the mods.(springs, stix, turbos, exh., and fuel system) at once when a person has a full time job and family...priorities. If I can ( might be painting a vehicle same wknd ), I might be over to help....kinda in a hurry to compare, I don't have very good patients. haha
