If you get the mounts from a '89 - '93 Cummins powered Dodge it will pretty much bolt in there.
4.10's and down would be OK gearing choices with the NV4500 if you want to cruise at 70. If you plan to tow with it run the 4.10's, go lower for better mileage. I'd expect mid 20's for mileage.
