carrier bearing rubbing

The spacer ring ??? on the rear of my carrier bearing rubs on the housing when i am climbing a hill with a load on the trailer. This is the third one including the original in2 weeks. First one blew out of the holder in the front. this is a new one and now it rubs like the original any help would be appreciated.
