? Bottom Turbo For Twins

Was searching through e-bay the other day and ran across a couple of turbos and I wondered if they would be a good bottom for a set of twins. One was a HX-60 and the other was a HX-85. The 60 had a 26 cm exhaust housing the 85 I don't rember. I have a s300 based 62/14 right now that I was going to use for the top. Are the holsets a good chioce or do I need to hold out for a s400?

HX-85 would be way too big. You'd maybe use this in triples with the HX60 as the "medium" turbo and the stocker as the small one.

HX-60 is a great choice for twins, especially if it has the WG housing (many do). HX-60 is basically a newer, better HT3B with better flow and spoolup.

Last time a turbo air flow thread came up the hx60 flowed about the same as the s400 so that shouldn't be much of an issue. While the ht3b is a reverse flow turbo, the t signifying the direction of flow, so the ht60 is reverse flow and hx60 should be the s400 as far as piping goes. Seems like Jr Adkins is one of the only guys who likes the big holsets in twins though.
