ATS Diesel Not Responding
Anyone else having this problem :- I have emailed and left phone messages with ATS Diesel several times over the past month so I can get my Truck upgraded for heavy pulling but no one has returned my call. Are they still in business or are they so busy that they don't need any new-comers?

Show. However, there is still people there that can help
you. Their toll free number is: 1-800-949-6002.
Both my son and I run their trannies and are very
happy with them! They have given us excellent
customer service. I did not see where you live but
remember the Denver, Colorado area is 2 hours
behind (time wise) from the east coast.

About a month agao I emailed ATS and got this responce:
Thank you for contacting ATS Diesel Performance. We are committed to responding thoroughly and in a timely manor to all of our customers. Response to your email may take up to (1) week due to the high volume of mail we receive. In addition to emailing you may also call ATS @ 1+ 800.949.6002
(8am-6pm MST US)

After I recieved this letter I called the number listed here and some woman answered. She took my information and informed that someone would return my call. A week later I called again and got a voice mail and again left a message. After not hearing from them I again dropped them another email only to get yet another electronic automated responce. All these calls were made within the Mountain Standard Times and well before any of their representatives were doing any shows. My last efforts will be to send them a letter via snail mail and a copy to the Attorney General's Office. Then again, if this is how their customer service is perhaps I would be stupid in thinking that any of their other services would be any better.

Are you a customer of theirs? If so, what is the Attorney General going to do for you? If no, then REALLY, what is the Attorney General going to do for you? I can understand your frustration, but your post totally lacks common sense. :

Obviously they dont need or want your money....e-mail isnt always the best way to get ahold of someone.....companies like this tend to have the automated e-mail responses that you will get every time you send them an e-mail.
Keep the Attorney General out of it and talk to one of the other companies like DTT or Suncoast - I am told that both have excellent products.

I don't know anything about this company, but it sounds to me like either they're too busy for new customers or they just flat out don't want your business. Personally, I'd forget the Attorney General and just take my money elsewhere...but that's just me.

ATS finally did return my calls today. Thanks for the help from the administration. ATS has helped me decide what to do and how to go about doing it to pull heavier. Again...thanks for the help. I spoke with a guy from ATS and he was very helpful and professional. Perhaps I was getting a little anxious and jumped the gun.

No doubt bombing is exciting, somtimes I feel like a little kid at Christmas when I get new gear so I can relate to your excitement. Good luck with your plans.
