Your input on what im about to do to my truck!!

So I have made my decision. Going to put in a new IP. Along with that I am buying jammer 5's, edge EZ, gauges (pyro, trans, fuel, boost) , FASS kit, and possibly the big line kit as well.
Anyone have any experience with this setup?? Also about what kind of power it made? And does this combp sound like it will work together fine? thanks

you need a turbo and at least a TC and VB for the tranny.

I have nearly your setup except i have a comp box. Just put the FASS on yesterday and it really seems like a pretty good combo for me. What are you planning on doing with your truck? I know i kinda need a turbo because at WOT it can get a little toasty but it really isnt that bad.

I dont tow hardly at all, just drive it. Tranny is pretty fresh, but when it gives out it will be getting beefed up. The turbo, that will come when needed.

As far as having the same setup, what kind of power is your truck putting down?

If i were you id go right to a good set of injectors instead of Jammers. Theres alot of injectors that make more HP on better mpg with less smoke. And jammers are known for bad idle characteristics (found that out after i installed mine and looked up why it idled weird). Some have troubles, so just food for thought.

F-1 Mach injectors are worth the extra money, IMO. Honest Hp rating and less smoke with lower egt's!

You won't need the big line kit with the FASS. It comes with 3/8" lines and with the pressure/flow you get from that pump, 3/8" is all you need.

Can I ask why you're putting in a new IP? I take it the old one is throwing codes or worse.

In a 5 Spd Truck 3.55 gear We made 499HP , I cant remember the TQ off the top of my head, With the setup that follows
Stock head studs and gaskets (Still Holding We'll)

Jammer 5's
Comp Drag
Fass
HTT 64/14
Con FE

Now I know this is we'll past the capacity of a stock Auto truck, By no means do I Condone this kind of Abuse and HP on a stock tranny !
But My Thoughts on the setup? The Jammers are a Dirty stick with high smoke and egt levels for the power output. They Also produce a somewhat raspy idle or rough idle! As for the charger it dose very we'll somewhat warm in the top end! But with these sticks it still has great spool up and cools great!

Just my $.02

so other than a little egt and idle problem, you like the jammers. it sounds like the combo is working good for you

The Jammers are not in my truck, there in a customers. They do fairly we'll for what you spend! I was impressed with there ability to make power for a budget injector! You Must have a turbo, You wont make anything but heat without more air!

I havent dyno'd in a while but the first time i put my truck on the dyno it did 354hp and like 760tq. It seemed pretty low and couldnt figure out why? Well about 2 days later started lookin under the hood and my comp box was unplugger from where i tapped the wire and the map sensor was unplugged? I dont know how it happend? I know i should g et back on a dyno this saturday.

The Jammers are good injectors. They are a little outdated by the newer stuff available, but they are alot cheaper too. I have run alot of different injectors and have no problem with Jammers. They are smokey, but all the injectors I have tried over 80 horse had to be driven differently to keep from smoking bad.
