To you guys with Quadzilla xzt+

Hello!

I run a Hypertech with a j-hook and boostfooler today,
(as you can se in my sig.).

I am thinking about moving up to a xzt+.
Will this be a noticeable uppgrade in power?
Anyone who has made a simular uppgrade??

Kjetil

YES, you will notice a power difference, especially if you down load the aggresive tune. I switched from a Banks Ottimind to the XZT+. I feel the XZT+ is a better unit and worth every penny you spend getting it.

Ive had an EZ and now the XZT+ and hands down i like the XZT+ better. You also get a high idle and a fuel milage setting. Not to mention Quadzilla has awsome costomer service.

I have a XZT+ for sale as soon as I get the adrenaline shipped and installed.
The good thing is that its already overseas(Sweden).. the bad thing is it is for a 02, but as far as I know the only difference is the adapters from the harness to the 02 MAP-sensor contacts.
I think the contacts on the harness is compatible with the 01.... maybe someone can chime in and correct me if it isn´t so.
PM me for info.

Eller på Svensk... jag har en XZT+ till salu så fort jag får min adrenaline. bör dyka upp snart... men du kan ju PMa så slipper jänkarna läsa Svensk/Norsk...

It will work on an 01 with a MAP sensor adapter.

I think it´s the reverse... It will work on the 01 without the adptors.
The 02 version comes with adaptors to fit the MAP-sensor...

I was running the XZT+ stacked on a Quadzilla Xzillaraider and a Recon Digital gauge that monitors the EGT's, boost and tranny temp. I didn't have the fule pressure set up. The Recon is a really good, cost efficiant, little unit. It's easy to read, easy to install and very easy to use. But I like being able to glace once and see all of my parameters. So I just switched to Isspro analog gauges. I didn't want the Recon to sit around and collect dust, so it's now in the DTR classifieds.

ok, I'm in the middle of the XZT+ install and the plugs don't seem to match up? The data link is triangular and the map plug is also? Do I need to get adapters from Quad? They weren't in the box...or does anyone have them and are not using them? Any help would be appreciated. Taking a break right now but not sure what to think.

ok, I'm guessing I haven't found the right plugs then, as it says to plug into the map and data link plugs....right? The wire harness has one small plug for the incab switch, one flat 3 prong plug and two plugs for the map sensor.
Have I missed something or do I have the wrong harness? Is there a # on your harness I could compare? Thanks.

That sounds right. Have you found your Map sensor on the motor yet?
