I am interested in making my own bio but I do not want to use waste oil. I would like to find a source for 55 gal drums (or ?) of new veg oil. Anyone use new oil? Have any of you found a source? How much does it cost?

You can find it at food wholesalers. It ends up costing more then pump #2 by the time you are done though unless you can process a tanker truck at a time.

When I checked virgin oil cost more than BD at the pump already made by quite a bit.

best price I can find (shipped in from overseas) is $2.23 a gal for rapeseed (canola) oil. then you add your processing costs and you are at about $2.75 a gal.
takes a while to recover your setup costs!
