Wow... that's a lot of torque!

Hang with me guys I'm gonna see if the forum will let me embed this HTML correctly... because there are some bad comments but the video itself is clean.

Ok well I ended up just embedding the video in a page on my own server.

Here's the link. Just thought it was an awesome video.

Wow, what the heck does he have done to that thing? Crazy how the fram just twists like that.

Talk about rolling the coal . I bet 40% of the diesel he buys ends up going out the tailpipe .

Yea why does the frame twist like that? Does one wheel provide more torque than the other? Awesome video. What do you think the grade was on that hill?

No that is just pure engine torque. Have you ever gave your truck a revv in neutral and watched how it shakes to the side a bit? Well think about that probably 2000+ft/lbs. of torque that he is making turning his driveshaft with a load of logs on the back .

All large Class 8 tractors are built with c-channel frames that flex like that. Watch any truck as it starts at an intersection and you will see it flex to some degree. In fact almost all trucks that are built now-a-days with airbags between the cab and the frame, which also makes the flexing more appearent.
