I am not running Redline but from what I have seen it is at least equal to other synthetics. I have Valvoline in my diffs and Royal Purple in my trans. I went this way due to price and local availability. I bought the Valvoline in a 5 gallon can and my local NAPA carried the Royal Purple. The next town over had the Redline but I wasn't going in that direction.

I would, and I did. Seems to work fine, and cheaper than the DC stuff.

I run Redline in my differential and transmission. I have been using Redline products for the last 10 years and have never had any problem associated with their products.

I only use Red Line in my axles, tranny and Tcase. I've been using it on all my vehicle for ten years. I think Red Line makes the best lubricants.

I have it in my axles, transfer case, transmission. I have used it for 5,000 miles now and will be switching to something else soon. I find the MTL for the transmission doesn't make it shift any better than the OEM stuff.

How is $7 a quart spendy? You may want to try this place -

http://www.myoilshop.com/AutoPrds.html

I had it in my trans and frt and rear axles...No problems whatsoever.
