would an HT80 work in a twin setup?
I found me a cheap HT80 and could I use it with my HX35 in a twin setup, or has anyone used one of these before?

A HT60 is generally a little larger than a HT3B. A HT80 is on even a larger frame than the 60's. If you look on Holsets website you'll get a idea of how much larger the 80 series turbos are then the 60's.
For example: 60 specs are 18-22kg in weight and airflow of .95kg/sec
80 specs are 32-50kg in weight and airflow of 1.5kg/sec

I guess thats the size of it, what is that compared to say an HT3B?
