Is this thing legit and will it work on my 91?

Won't work on your '91 - you don't even have a wastegate.

i wouldn't want one anyway...most people block their wastegate if they can haven't you noticed?

I will have a wastegate though. That is what I meant it for. And I will need my wastegate probably, with an hx.
