worried about high egts in my 5.9 powered rv/bus

I'm having to put a new set of injectors in my 34' 5.9 powered blue bird bus and was looking at possibly putting stage 1 50 hp injectors in but, I'm worried that I'll not be able to keep the EGT,s under control. I believe it has an 848 pump, holset hx35 and weighs about #18000 lbs. any thoughts would be great. thanks
