Won't shift out of first gear
My truck is having some serious problems here. My tranny will not shift out of first gear unless I rev it up to about 2500-3000, and then let off the gas, then it shifts. The rest of the gears shift just fine. I don't have any codes coming up. Is my tranny dusted? I know I have to rebuild this thing, but Iwas hoping to make it last as long as possible. Can someone give me some advice here?
