WMO going to be harder to collect..

I have never been hit by so many collection companies as I have been in the last few weeks!
I have turned them on each other and they have increased how much they pay me for my waste motor oil. I was getting $.10 a year ago and having to pay $65 a barrel for filters to be hauled off. Now I am getting $.70 per gallon and they are picking up the filters for Free!!!!!
100 gallon = $70!!! I can't believe it has gone up as fast as it has... I know that crud has gone up but the waste usually lags behind by a few years.
I wonder how high they will top out at?
I guess if I can't get a price break on the New oil side... I will get it on the waste end!

I checked a local shop about a month ago and they're getting .30 per gallon. I was thinking about buying from them for the re-refinery effort. But that's on a longer hold now since I'm leaving in a couple of days on a pipeline job.

Oilguy, you may get to the point that you can't afford to spare any oil for the diesel still. LOL.

I can only hope!!! I am working on it today... I decided to go with the SS tubing and throw out the steel pipe... We'll see how that goes.
I wish it were cooler outside... It is about 1000*F outside today here in Texas...

Ok ,.... For those keeping track... I test fired my processor today and it was successful. I just need to button up the electrical connections and seal up the distillation tower and it is ready to go...
I just wanted to say thanks to those of you who said it couldn't be done and that I was wasting my time and going to blow myself up
Just in time... I was getting tired of $280 fillups!
