Wiring a radar detector
All
I just picked up a 2006 MegaCab and I need to wire my radar detector. My Dakota had the fuse box in the cab and I had one of those mini-blade adapters for it. The fuse box is in the engine bay on this beast so I don't think my line is long enough.
Where can I get a switched 12v power supply in the cab that I can tap into easily?
Thanks

I wired my V1 into the day/night rearview mirror power wire. Darned clean installation, but not exactly an easy 'tap in', I disassembled the mirror harness connector, soldered the V1 telephone wires to the appropriate pins, then reassembled. Zip tie (black, of course) the telephone wire to the mirror harness.
