Wiring Info
I'am hooking up a rail gauge and just wondering if I could get some wire colour info to save me poking the wires with a test light.
Looking for a Switched 12v power (hopefully from the cig lighter)
And a switched (but not dimmed) 12v for the gauge lighting.
Any help would be appreciated..
Thanks

I have my gauges' switched 12V wired like this...it's the one on the right of the picture, with the yellow wire attached to the butt connector. I believe it's #41, cigar lighter.
As far as turn the gauge light on with your other lights...
Pop off the cover right above the emergency brake, on the lower side of the dash, it exposes the harness for the headlights...
There are two, orange with brown trace, wires...
One is dimmed, the other is not.
