On my 94 parts truck, it has the wiring cut coming off the battery. Im needing to know what is the bare minimum wiring to make it run. Not talking about starter, i have a jumper cable from the battery straight to the starter and theres a negative battery cable they left. I was thinking the shut off solenoid was the only thing i needed to rewire up and it would run. Any thoughts? Thanks

Also is the 1125cca battery out of the first gen enough to start it?

The fuel shutoff solenoid should be in the up position to run. That and the starter are all you need.

Alright, I've never actually messed with a ppump before so this may be a stupid question. There isnt any kind of lever to pull the shut off solenoids plunger up is there? i know on a first gen there isnt but i just wanted to check. Less wires to run the better

Easiest to just put a cable on the lever ( remove the solenoid ).

Voila, no wires needed!
