Wipers Come On When Unlocking 04 Truck
When unlocking 04 2500 the wipers come on, when driving the gauges (cluster gauges) drop to 0. Anyone seen this issue ?

Haunted wipers
My wipers made one stroke after I unlocked and sat down. Key was not in ignition. Hasn't happened since.
