wiper issue
Recently my windshield wipers have been acting up. First the sprayers started getting weak, only the driver's side would spray hard enough for fluid to hit the windshield and even that it was like it was on a cycle. the pass side fluid just trickles out.
Now my wipers have started acting up. it's as if they are dragging on int and low speed. the issue was hit or miss, some times they were VERY slow stopping every so often. Fast never a issue. Today tried to use int. and nothing, low speed nothing, only high with no issues, if I turned the **** back to low or int the wipers would stop where they were and not return "home". Nearing the end of my drive they would almost work, sometimes dragging back down and try and go up.
The fluid issue sounds like a worn out pump? right?
What about the wipers? first I thought motor, but now I am thinking more of a bad connection? or relay?

Never had a problem with my Dodge. I did have a S-10 that did the same until they stopped working at any setting. It was the control module. Not sure if Dodge uses that concept

I'd say kinked line or dirt in the lines/jets for the washer, and worn out brushes on the wiper motor. (I replaced mine with the brushes from a cordless drill and they worked fine for another good 100 k miles)

I've been checking out wire diagrams and it appears the wiper control module is integral to the multi-finction switch in the steering column.
On the wiper motor check the ground tab.
With wiper switch on there should be no less than 3 volts betwwen terminal "L" and ground

Mine just started doing this, they really seem to drag on low speed and the intermittent level but high works just fine. Keep us posted please.
