Winter Front

Where is a great and cheap place to buy one at? Could do a piece of cardboard, but I would like something that looks a little nicer. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

i just put a piece of sheet insulation with the reflective backing in. it was 1" thick and i put it behind the grille. had to fudge it a little aound the hood release latch but it was worth it. now you look at the front and it is all relective chrome "look". also had a extra piece of insulation and took the back seat out and it was a perfect fit and dramaticly quietly everything.

You can order them from the manufacture on the front. I saw the info on one of the instruction cards. I'll see if I still have them and let ya know.

I just placed a piece of cardboard between the radiator and intercooler.
I cut out a hole in the cardboard as well to allow for some air to pass through.
Works just fine. Can't even see it.

On the photo, in the reflection in the bumper, I see pretty colored leaves, not a pile of snow! That is not when you need a front cover, mate!

There is a guy on TDR who sells some nice looking ABS plastic ones. They remind me of the LUND ones I had on my 3rd gen that I really liked...

Something like $35 or so...

Believe it or not, this past weekend it got down to 12 deg. This pic was taken just before our trip to Yosemite.

12 deg, man I would love that weather. I have been down to -7 to -24 for the last 2 weeks. You are lucky to get 12.

Most snaps are standard sizes. Take your cover to an upholstery or fabric shop and ask for snaps.

If you're referring to Eric Buckel they are simple and good quality. I had to trim the uppers as i have a deflector mounted on the grill
