Window Regulator Bushing
Anyone ever been able to source one of these white plastic bushings that capture the X-arm's ball-end inside the track?
Don't want to buy a whole regulator for a 7 cent bushing...

i just went through this a couple months ago. i couldn't find one either and "rigged" a small screw and washers to ride in the rail. it's been a few months and have no problems. i found it easier to do this by taking out the entire regulator.

hmmm never took a icture eh??? lol. I just noticed my window had alot of excessive play while moving down and found out that plastic bushing has broken for me. 
anybody found a plastic piece yet?? might have to go junkyard playin...

I cut a piece of rubber fuel hose and popped it onto the ball then forced it into the channel. To my surprise it has actually been working for a few months now. I don't have a picture either.

After several months mine popped out again. The piece of fuel hose was coming apart on the outside from rubbing in the track. So I greased up the track real good and installed a fresh piece of fuel hose. I'm not sure what diameter it is but the ball pops into it fairly snug. Maybe a drop of glue or RTV would help make it stay in. But it works great. If I have to fix it once or twice per year that would be o.k.

Window regulator bushings
I'm resurrecting this thread because it just happened to my truck. My own fault. I was ****** off about something and slammed the door. Next time I went to lower the window, it moved normally for about 2 inches then dropped. I took the door inner panel off, and could clearly see the broken nylon bushings sitting in the bottom of the door.
If someone has found a source, please post up! Otherwise, I will try have some produced by one of the many companies that do '3D printing'.

I don't remember which forum it was on, I read a thread where someone used a plastic roller from a shower door. Probably had to remove the stud as they are mounted with a screw. I'll try to find the writeup.

Ebay to the rescue
I gave up trying to find or fabricate new nylon bushings. My favorite Ebay vendor of Dodge Ram parts had two regulators (minus motors) for $26.(ish) including shipping. All good now!
