Wildcat is taking pre-orders on Espar heaters. We are considering adding these to our inventory, If we get enough interested parties in this product, Wildcat will make a special sale price available on Espar heaters.

As part of my happy festive personality : I am offering this deal to all that are interested this month.

I read of a few folks interested in these heaters and I saw several different prices...I think I have a good deal on them.

It's a little box that burns diesel to heat and circulate water thru the block and cab heater core. Suppose to work like a champ. As I understand it, you can set it on a timer to warm the block, cab, and defrost the windows too.

Re:Wildcat Espar heater sale

The ESPAR is a hydronic water heater - program it to come on two hours before you leave for work and you get to climb into a warm truck and dont even have to scrape the windows - NO more COLD starts and no more plugging in. They work incredibly well and anyone that runs a diesel in a cold climate NEEDS one of these babies. They may seem pricey, but they are German Engineered and have high quality parts.

Scotty has a real good price - I just checked with Cummins here and they want quite a bit more. If anyone is interested you should jump on it. Check out the Espar link Shovelhead posted.

Re:Wildcat Espar heater sale

I just park it in the polebarn, seem to keep the ice off the window pretty good. 8) Although it did cost about $22k to build the polebarn. :-[

Re:Wildcat Espar heater sale

I like the idea of one of those heaters. I drive an old beater car to work because I dont want to mess with the deisel for a 10 minute drive. I waste more time and fuel warming the truck up than actualy driveing to and from work. I cant aford one of them rite now due to home improvments, but I would like to know what one costs. I will be lucky to make it threw the winter on the bomber I drive to work now and this would save me from haveing to buy anouther one next year. So in short what do they cost?
