Why would these codes be thrown?

P0107 Manifold Absolute pressure sensor low.
P0643 Sensor reference voltage high, circuit 1

Are these two related? Ay underlying concerns?

I do have my Superchips tuner programmed to "tow" and it has been set to this for the last couple months and has had about 1700 "towing" miles since with no issues. My truck has 9800 miles on it. I did wash it (truck and engine) about 2 hours prior, like usual as I have done 20 other times in the past to get the dust off, but I doubt this has anything to do with it. I guess the sensor could go bad, but it seems unlikely since the truck has such low miles on it.

No power loss, no stumble, nothing just the check engine light.

I did clear the codes with my programmer and will take it out on a drive here soon, so I am just trying to get a heads up if it throws the code(s) again. If it does not come back, do you think I can attribute the code to a "hiccup" the system experienced?

Thanks!
Danny

P.S. The DTR FAQ's ROCK! (Where I found the fault code list). That should be a STICKY post and save the 30 minute search.
