We had just plain ol' left overs for lunch Friday, potato pancakes and leftovers last night, making turkey soup tonite out of the last of the leftovers. Secret is to get a smaller bird.

Thats MR Hoss to you buddy!
Not me. I'd LOVE to have a turkey sandwich right now with some cold leftover dressing. We went to my parents for Thanksgiving and unfortunately didn't bring any of the leftovers home with us.

Sitting at work tonight, and just enjoyed a big slice of bird on homemade bread. Topped it with cranberry jelly. Finished last two cupcakes, and washed it all down with a quart jar of sweet tea.
Yea, tired of the same thing, but sure was good.
Woulda as soon had some of Redlegs' smoked venison, but my fax must be broke.

I was sick of it before I started. My wife’s family decided that it would be a great idea to go to Cracker Barrel for thanksgiving instead of cook. What a joke!!!!! We waited in line for almost an hour and a half before we were seated. Once we finally ate the food was horrible. What a waste of time. Needless to say I was pretty mad although I didn’t say anything (hey… I’m not stupid). Wish I had gotten overtime at the station. The food would was much better as I ate most of it yesterday.

I have a big roasting pan with the flat top. I make the soup in the bottom and the top of the roasting pan. Each piece fits over 2 stove burners. When it cools, most will go into containers and in the freezer for those cold, snowy days
