Which Tires Should I Go With????
I have a 2006 quad cab 4x4 2500 with a cummins. I have the leveling kit. I am about to buy the Diamo 17 Karat Chrome 20x10 wheels. I was thinking about going with the Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ S Tires in a 33 12.5 20. I was just wondering if anyone has ran these tires?? Anybody has advice or comments about which tires would be best? I am on the road 90% of the time and the other 10% off road. I wanted to go with 35" tires but the backspacing on these wheels are 0. It wouldnt work. Here are some pics...you guys let me know what you think!!!

Those are nice looking tires. I just ordered KMC Badlands 20" and I am going with Falken STZ-04 305/50/20 which looks more like a nice street tire. I have a friend who has the same tire I am getting and they wear very well and have a 50000 mile tread wear warranty.

ive ran the mickey thompson atz 35/13.50/20. tires looked awesome but they are very heavy tires around 80lbs each. my truck just drove bad with these on it. I really hated taking them off because I really liked the looks of it. I went with a street tire now

Thanks. That is weird. I wanted the badlands myself but I have seen those on a truck or two around my hometown. I wanted something different that nobody else had. I have yet to see these tires or wheels on any vehicle in my area. I have seen these wheels in black but not chrome.

I have also been looking at the mickey thompson baja mtz tires. Unsure about which ones I want yet. I am on the road most of the time but I want something that looks aggressive.

If you like to have nice wheels, don't buy Diamo. They are junk. The chrome on mine have bubbled 4 different times, they have been replaced twice, and they are now 1 yr and 10 days old and guess what.... bubbling again. I've talked with local wheel dealers and they say this is VERY common with Diamo wheels.
As for tires.... try Hankook Dynapro Mts they are $50 cheaper per tire, incredibly quite ride.... they have a great design and side biters... I've heard they get really good mileage out of them too.

I appreciate the advice. I will have to check into the tires. I am still looking for wheels. I am just weighing my options. I will keep what you said in mind though. Again, I appreciate it.

personally i would go with a mt tire just bc of the aggressive look and that is what you said you wanted but hey its your truck and your the one that has to be happy with it but by the way the wheels look good though.

Nitto Terra grapplers and Centerline for me. Look on those websites. They have many wheel options that you won't see anywhere else. I shouldn't tell you that though as then my truck may not stand out anymore

I'll try to post a pic of the Hankook Dynapro MTs on here....
I've had them on for 200 miles, and I love the ride. They ride better than the BFG's and MTZ's I've had on my truck. Don't know about the longevity, but as far as aggressive looks and smooth & quiet ride, these are awesome.
