which mod first?
Looking for advice from somebody who has done this:
I want about 50-60 more hp and 150-200 more ft/lbs in my 24v, along with a 2 or so mpg improvement.
Looking at RV275's or a Quadzilla XZT+. Which would you do first? If you have done it, what gains did you get? This is a tow rig 1st, play rig 2nd!
I will have boost and pyro before either. I have the BD low fuel pressure warning already.
Need some opinions because the tax refund is on the way, and I'm getting antsy!
Thanks guys,
Josh

I agree, I have heard good things about the Smarty, but i am looking for "on the fly" power setting changes. Smarty doesn't do that right?
I think I am leaning more heavily toward the injectors first, box/programmer later.
Keep the advice coming!

You will need the boost fooling of a box to get all the benifits of injectors.
I'd look at a VanAaken and a set of smallish sticks. (The VA has more low end than the Edge EZ)
But either one of those two boxes (with or without sticks) is the most popular towing combo

i just have an XZT+ and it does great for towing with stock sticks, id go box first and sticks later, after feeling what the box will do you might want to go even bigger in the sticks, i want some mack 1.6's now insted of the 275's but i have to look at my trany first.

thanks guys!
I'm pretty sold on the XZT+ and the 275s, I am really just wondering which will be the best order to get them in. It may be a while between purchases.
So which is it, the 275s or the box first?
Thanks
Josh

well ur probibly going to get alot of mixed thoughts there, my thoughts are and were when i made my choice that youd need the boost fooling of the box to get the full binafit from the 275's, sence there smaller im not positive thats true. i have heard before that you feel a bigger difference adding the injectors after the box then you do before.
