It's a #3532214 rusty turbo charger housing.

My guess would be a 12 cm wastegated rusty turbine housing.

Nah Dave, I don't think that's really rust, I think it's just the camera filter.

Look inside the housing flange that bolts to the manifold the size will be stamped inside it.

Judging by the part number, it's a 12cm. I recently got oneto do some turbo swapping, and that part number differs from my 14cm housing. If someone has gotten after the inside of the inlet port, the 12 will no longer be visible.
