Which aftermarket clutch to buy?!?

I have a 2006 qclb 6 speed manual. Stage 2 age intake, straight piped, and just recently bought the predator programmer. I put the programmer on the 2nd stage and I'm pretty sure I was sold a truck with a hurt clutch, because it's slipping and bad even under half throttle. Looking to replace the clutch asap, but not sure which way to go? It's a daily driver, won't ever see the track or any pulls but I do drive fairly hard. I've heard tons of good things about south bend clutches and I'm looking for some feedback as to what kind of options I have? Thanks guys

Id go dual disc. I like those better than the single. You will always have enough clutch to handle your future mods to come. Id either go with the 3600dd or the 3850dd from southbend. Just my .02 cents.

I'd recommend the SBC 3600 DD. Great for everyday and all around driving. They make two models, one is SFI approved and one is not.

I had the 3600 in my old truck and it wasnt bad at all I didnt think. My wife drove it all the time and personally I couldnt tell a difference in pressure. I will probably either be getting the 3600 or the 3850 in the near future. My clucth is almost shot.

My next time around it will be a DD3600. The OFE was/is great but I am finding it isn't liking my mods as much.

You might look at missour mule clutches done by MCS Diesel. Also Look at Kenny's pulling parts. I am hearing geat things about them as well. Love my SB 3600 had it for over 60k and not a problem though.

What differences would I notice with the 3600 and the 3850?

Increased peddle pressure. Both SFI 12cb in those plate load applications come with lever type pressure plate.

I dont think that there is much increased pressure at all with the 3600dd. I never felt a difference in it with my old truck. I would highly reccommend it.
