Wheel Bearing Adjusting Nut.
Wheel Bearing Adjusting Nut.
Anybody off hand know what size socket fits the nut. I'm getting together a list of parts for the nearing repack and brake job. Only want to make one trip to the parts house.
Thanks in advance.

You usually don't need a socket, once you remove the cotter pin and pull the cover off of the nut it should be handy or atleast you could use a screwdriver to loosen it up. A good pair of ChannelLock pliers, to remove and install.
i used hammer and screwdriver but if you get a socket get the thin ones if i remember its 2 1/8 get the sheap thin ones cause its a tight fit brakes should be 12x3 while your there do the gm cylinder thing a lot of guys did that i didnt no about it
do a search on brakes in this forum i think i put the size in a while back cant find it right now search is not working sorry

Get the socket, it's expensive, but worth it. The lock nuts cost more, each than the socket. Mine are chewed up a bit too, from a hammer and screw driver.
