wheel ? 18x9 anyone

18x9 5inch backspace 325 65 18 nttos how much lift will I need so they dont rub, can I get away with just a level kit

I have 35 X12.50 Procomp XT ATs mounted on 18 X 9 Centerline Grizzlys with 5 backspacing. Kore Recon (2" leveling) only rub I have is on the rear part of the fender on my Bushwacker flares. No rub on the metal fender. I have Pics at TDR
