I am looking at this truck and a 2003 3500 dually with 88k miles and auto tranny. The 03 is a Larmine package.

2002 Dodge 3500 4x4 Diesel Dually. High output Cummins 24 valve turbo Diesel mated to a heavy duty NV5600 six speed manual transmission. 2” lift, 4” Magnaflow exhaust, AFE air intake system, Jacobs exhaust brake, 75 horsepower DDP injectors, fuel pressure, exhaust temp, and turbo boost gauges. Heavy duty 2 and ½” Reese titan tow hitch, camper tie downs, running boards, and Diamond plate Aluminum cross box. Comes with two sets of brand new tire chains. Truck has 142,000 miles.

I sold mine with new transmission at $ 11,200 and 223k miles. I'd say I'll go $ 14,000 but that's it. You can find same truck at dealers for a little more $$ and less miles.
