Sorry guys but I just have to vent. Aug 15 8:30 am Newfoundland Time ordered Smoked cab lights, Smoked Dually fender lights and Smoked 3rd brake light. Credit card went through immediatly all is good. Checked my email at around midnight to allow for time difference and no order sent. So I send off an email to get said info. Check email again at 6 pm Aug 16 responce is "what is your order #" so I send it back right away. Don't hear anything again until Aug 21 and all I get is your order has been sent by UPS and you should get it next week. No tracking number at all and besides thier web site say's they ship with fed ex international. It is now 7:30 my time Aug 23 and still no tracking number. Don't have a phone number to call to talk to a real person, unless you want to order something. Has anybody else had this happen or is it just me?

I have done business with them many times, nothing but positive things to say about them about purchasing and shipping. I hope yours is an isoltaed problem, but am sure it will be resolved.
