Hey Folks Just wanted to drop a line and let everyone know whats going on!
This event looks to be becoming larger as we speak! Tons of Folks are supposed to be attending and we all keep our hopes up, But it is the first event so we dont expect a huge turnout! Considering we've already had 50 + RSVP's it looks very exciting! High Impact Off Road and Power By Poole as well as my self will be offering products for trial and display! There will be some great deals for the event! Also, We will be serving BBQ but it will be at a small $3.00 a plate charge! This event is not organized for profit , its organized so everyone will be able to have a great time! We look foward to seeing everyone that can make it! If anyone would be interested in helping with the event please let me know!

Is it 20 per truck or 20 per person?

As long as we know you from the board I wont charge a Pre Registration for the Dyno. The Event is free , Only charging $3.00 a plate for food just to cover the cost! Dyno runs are $65.00 for two runs! If its pre registered (RSVP) its only $60.00 but we need to know for sure!

I'm Willing to reserve you a spot and you'll just pay $60.00 at the time of your dyno! In all honestly the Dyno cost me $1500.00 for the day, I'm just trying to cover my cost so we can all have a good time without breaking the bank! $65 or $60 and say 20 runs in 8 hours wont cover the cost of the dyno but im willing to throw in what i can! I've already got a pretty good list lined up!

1) I had a some and he is growing like crazy
2) My mohter passed on April 17th at the ripe old age of 56:( :(

I saw they we're having a pull down in tomlin mills a while back but had already planned our event out! I'm at least gonna try to get my exhaust done so my truck will be... umm... loud, so people will know where I am headed.

And maybe I'll get some of those front wheel covers off of Summit so the front wheels won't look so ugly. Those are the two things about my truck that I really want to have fixed...

Right now I got the Juice w/ Attitude, working on a deal for a Smarty right now, probably a Vulcan Big Line Kit and pusher pump to boost fuel pressure. Then if I'm lucky maybe some other stuff. [laugh]

It really sucked, it appears as though she had a massive heart attack I will have the coroners report in a few months. She was very healthy and not really overweight. Very sad-she and Dad had been together for 40 years this August.

Lets keep this thread alive. I know there are more of you out there in this area. There will be several trucks there breaking 500 and 600 horsepower. It's going to be a good time. Bring your gas trucks and cars. Tell your friends. I want to see this run into sunday.

Its only one week away... Any ideas on what the turnout is going to be?

I'm the organizer and i still have no idea! Theres been flyers passed out and tons of people talked to! It's hard to say! Even if only 5 people show up that will be fine for me but im hoping for more!

Mystery, I defanitly want to try a Smarty and see what it can do. I keep pushing the envelope not having my tranny done yet but she is holding pretty dang good, The hottest the thing has been was 220 pulling about 18,000 of hay, the trailer weights 5350 so I had a good 23350 behind her going up a hill, she cooled back off once I got over the top.

Adam that turbo BETTER NOT arrive because otherwise I won't be able to keep up with you!

And because that wouldn't be fair because unless Cindy hand-delivers my exhaust parts I won't have them until next week :(.

good vid, that powerstroke hurt my eardrums even through the vid, lol. Some good footage there.

Gosh I hate I missed it all, decided to put the hay off til tomorrow hauling it cause we got tickets to the race in Charlotte, we just got in about 20 minutes ago. GO HARVICK!!!!

The Powerstrokes made a good show, But The Maryland truck left limping! I had a great time, I hope ya'll did! 12V We'll all have to go get dinner sometime, I wish I could have fellowshipped with ya'll more but Every time I Stopped someone called my name!

I think a few trucks could have made better numbers with some tuning and an experienced Driver on the dyno! In Situations like that its sometime easier to explain the simplest method to keep the line moving! I think I'm going to continue to sleep in now!

No its David Aldridge, Its not setup very Well , Olee built the twins , Someone else built the nitrous system and such. It's a HO truck with 6's [nonono]

Well I'm proud to say on my final run I made 490 hp with a smarty on 170, a cold air intake, and stacks. NOTHING else.
