If you don't mind driving over to the "wet" side, these guys should be able to fix you up.
I think they will only do the Tab Method for the fix.

If you don't mind the jig fix go to one of the NW Bombers gatherings over on the westside, they'll take care of you and you'll meet some excellent folks in the process. http://www.nwbombers.com/cgi-bin/forum/ikonboard.cgi
If you want to do the jig fix yourself, it's easy, shoot me an PM. Let me know your town and I may be able to connect you up with someone.

Will a cummins repair center do the fix? I was going to take mine in to do a valve adjustment and timing adjustment and thought that since they have to take the cover off for the timing they could do the KDP tab at the same time. Is this possible??

The cover doesn't have to be removed to do the timing, the gear is pulled though the hole where the oil fill spout connects.
Cummins does have a bulletin on the tab fix with their own washer, I'm sure they'll do it for you.
A warning though, Cummins by law can only set your timing to the stock specs, if you want it bumped up you'll need to go elsewhere.
