Went to the track last night
Weel I went to the track last night took my truck four wheeler and pulled a mustang up there got there and got unloaded and the first time I ran on 7 with the smarty and had the mp8 on and only ran a 14.21 so I went back and turned up the smarty to 9 and had the tm2 timing2 rp2 and the wg on and had the mp8 all the way on and went and ran again and ran a 14.20. It wasnt as fast as I thought that it would go but I guess that it would work sence I pulled a car over there and it was my first time at the track. But I would like to know is what could I do to at lest get in to the 13s fuel pump or something? There was only two diesel trucks there one was a 12v with injectors a turbo fuel plate and an full after market tranny that guy made me feel better about my truck because he ran a very fast 17 something.

I have had the wg off and it did make any difference on the boost. And I dont want to get a converter lock up because I have stock parts in my tranny.

What was the weather like?? That has a part in the et's. If it was warmer that 80 and humidity was high, that will hinder your times. This is why I don't run in the hot months. I don't bracket race nor am I in a class/division. I just go to play and to get the quickest times I can. Good luck nxt time out, now you know what it feels like and you can think of what mistakes ya made (if any) and make better passes next time. Write the things down so you can remember plus doing so, it goes in your sub-concients(back of your mind). Can't spell. Not bad for you're 1st time out!!
