weird cold weather isssssue????

hi all merry christmas
im having a weird isue,im sure its cold weather related, weve beeen having temps into the -30c range the past week or 2,ive been out of town for all of it and my truk wasnt being used,i got home and started her up{pluged in over nite]and all was well, but when i drove her the rail pres seemed lower than normal and she didnt have the pep she usually has, normally she idles at 52k on the rail pres, now it was 45k and driving used to be 6-7k now 5-6,when she got to operating temps and the intake air temp under the hood got to above 0,{i have a scanguge which shows intake air temps}the rail pres came back and the power was there but after driving some more the intake air temps went to below 0 again and the rail pres droped again,so im sure its weather related, anyone else experience this, does it have a safe mode it goes into if its extreme cold, thanx for any help

What type of fuel do you have in it? Maybe starting to gel on you?

I've noticed a drop in RP as well when it gets cold. Seems directly related to the ambient & intake temps.
