Weekend Warrior Dry Rot Problems

Wondering if anyone else has had problems with their Weekend Warriors having extensive dry rot? Mine is 2 1/2 years old and I just found out from the service shop that it has at least 8 feet under the roof that has rotted. I have maintained the seals on it and cannot believe this. Any help or advice you can give me would be appreciated.

What size is your trailer? I "heard" and seen myself that the new WW that are over 40 feet long are having issues and that cabinets, the front plate of the trailer and frame are bending, tweaking and breaking. Does not sound good to me. The front cap is what goes first I heard and moisture leaks in and causes mildew. I have a 40' next level and the cap is starting to break its seal in the front. Took it to the dealer and they covered the cost(under warranty((2006)). I would see if there is any issue with the sealing?

Go over to RV.net in the Toy Hauler section. There's tons of guys with WW trailers on there that can answer your question for sure.
